Lugia is a difficult Tier 5 raid boss to defeat, with a CP value of 45925. Therefore, it is recommended to join 7 trainers to defeat Lugia raid boss successfully in a raid battle. Lugia is vulnerable to Rock, Electric, Ice type moves and mainly weaker to Pokémon such as Tyranitar, Terrakion, Raikou, Avalugg, Zapdos.

Lugia can obtain below CP values when defeated.
