Mega Medicham is vulnerable to Flying, Psychic, Fairy type moves and mainly weaker to Pokémon such as Mewtwo, Xerneas, Hoopa, Lugia, Florges. Defeating Mega Medicham in a raid will only encounter Medicham (not Mega form) but will earn you Mega Medicham candy.
