Spheal is an easy Tier 1 raid boss to defeat, with a CP value of 2760. You can solo Spheal raids without any problem at all. Spheal is vulnerable to Fighting, Rock, Steel, Fire type moves and mainly weaker to Pokémon such as Ho-Oh, Dialga, Tyranitar, Metagross, Heatran.

Spheal can obtain below CP values when defeated.

  • 631 - 687 CP during Rainy and Snow weather conditions.
  • 505 - 550 CP during other weather conditions.

Spheal is not available at the moment in raids and the last recently available date was March 1, 2023. Shiny Spheal is also available from raids in the game.
